When using OmniA Reply By using this service (omniareply.com), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service Description
OmnIA Reply is a SaaS platform that allows companies to manage, analyze, and respond to Google Business Profile reviews using artificial intelligence, with optional integration to HubSpot CRM.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the service only to manage reviews of businesses that you own or manage with authorization.
- Do not use the service to generate fake reviews or fraudulently manipulate opinions.
- Do not attempt to access other users' accounts.
- Comply with the Google Business Profile and HubSpot usage policies.
3. Free trial and billing
- We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to the service.
- A valid payment method is required to activate the trial.
- No charges are applied during the 14-day trial period.
- At the end of the trial, you will automatically be charged $19 USD per month unless you cancel beforehand.
- Payments are monthly and non-refundable except in exceptional cases at our discretion.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds are not available.
5. Intellectual Property
OmniA Reply and all its content, including code, design, and branding, are the property of Pedro Alarcon. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written authorization.
6. Limitation of liability
OmniA Reply is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the service, including loss of customers, revenue, or reputation. The service is provided "as is" without any guarantee of continuous availability.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 15 days in advance of any significant changes.
