  • Google Business Profile data: Reviews, ratings, author name, and publication date of your connected locations.
  • Usage data: information about how you interact with the platform.
  • Access tokens: OAuth tokens required to access your Google Business Profile and HubSpot CRM on your behalf.

2. How we use your data

We use your data exclusively for:

  • Sync and display reviews from your Google Business Profile.
  • Analyze the sentiment of each review using artificial intelligence.
  • Generate personalized automated responses.
  • Create support tickets and forward them to the appropriate team.
  • Sync contacts and tickets with your HubSpot CRM if you have it connected.
  • Improve the functionality and performance of the platform.

3. Use of Google data

OmnIA Reply accesses Google Business Profile data solely to provide the service contracted by the user. We do not share, sell, or use this data for any purpose other than those described in this policy. Access is granted via OAuth 2.0 with the minimum necessary permissions. The user can revoke access at any time from their Google account.

4. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except in the following cases:

  • HubSpot: If you connect your HubSpot account, we share contact and ticket data according to your settings.
  • DeepSeek AI: We use this API to generate automated responses. Only the review text is sent; no personally identifiable information is transmitted.
  • Legal requirements: if the law requires us to disclose information.

5. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we delete your data within 30 days of cancellation, unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure storage in a PostgreSQL database, and restricted access to information.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we have about you.
  • Request the correction of incorrect data.
  • Request the deletion of your data.
  • Revoke OmnIA Reply's access to your Google account at any time.
