solicitar la eliminaci\u00f3n de los datos que <strong>OMNIA REPLY SAS<\/strong> trata a trav\u00e9s de OmnIA Reply, incluidos los obtenidos de Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business Platform y HubSpot.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"oar-box\">\r\n  <p><strong>\u00bfEscribiste una rese\u00f1a o recibiste un mensaje de un negocio que usa OmnIA Reply?<\/strong> Los datos de esa interacci\u00f3n pertenecen a ese negocio, no a nosotros. Pod\u00e9s dirigirte directamente a \u00e9l, o escribirnos a <a href=\"mailto:privacidad@omniareply.com\">privacidad@omniareply.com<\/a> y trasladaremos tu solicitud al responsable en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 5 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<h2>Opci\u00f3n 1 \u00b7 Eliminar tu cuenta desde la plataforma<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>Es la v\u00eda m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y no requiere esperar a que la procesemos manualmente.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"oar-steps\">\r\n  <li>Inici\u00e1 sesi\u00f3n en <a href=\"https:\/\/app.omniareply.com\">app.omniareply.com<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Entr\u00e1 en <strong>Configuraci\u00f3n \u2192 Cuenta<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Seleccion\u00e1 <strong>Eliminar cuenta<\/strong> y confirm\u00e1 la operaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n<p>Al confirmar, se cancela tu suscripci\u00f3n, se revocan las conexiones activas y se inicia el proceso de borrado descrito m\u00e1s abajo. La acci\u00f3n es irreversible.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Opci\u00f3n 2 \u00b7 Solicitarlo por correo<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>Escribinos a <a href=\"mailto:privacidad@omniareply.com\">privacidad@omniareply.com<\/a> <strong>desde la direcci\u00f3n de correo asociada a tu cuenta<\/strong>, indicando:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>Asunto: <strong>Solicitud de eliminaci\u00f3n de datos<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Nombre de la organizaci\u00f3n registrada en la plataforma.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Si quer\u00e9s eliminar toda la cuenta o solo los datos de un servicio concreto (Google, WhatsApp o HubSpot).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p>Confirmamos la recepci\u00f3n en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de <strong>5 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles<\/strong> y completamos la eliminaci\u00f3n en los plazos indicados abajo. Si la solicitud llega desde otra direcci\u00f3n, verificaremos tu identidad antes de proceder.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Opci\u00f3n 3 \u00b7 Eliminar los datos de un servicio concreto<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<h3>Datos de WhatsApp Business<\/h3>\r\n<p>En la plataforma, entr\u00e1 en <strong>Configuraci\u00f3n \u2192 Integraciones \u2192 WhatsApp<\/strong> y seleccion\u00e1 <strong>Desconectar<\/strong>. Al hacerlo:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>Los tokens de acceso emitidos por Meta se eliminan de forma inmediata.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Los identificadores de cuenta, plantillas, mensajes y n\u00fameros asociados se eliminan en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 30 d\u00edas.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Tu cuenta empresarial de WhatsApp permanece intacta en tu Portafolio de Meta, ya que es de tu titularidad.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s revocar el acceso desde tu Portafolio comercial de Meta, en <strong>Configuraci\u00f3n del negocio \u2192 Apps<\/strong>, eliminando a OmnIA Reply de la lista.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>Datos de Google Business Profile<\/h3>\r\n<p>Desde la plataforma, en <strong>Configuraci\u00f3n \u2192 Integraciones \u2192 Google<\/strong>, seleccion\u00e1 <strong>Desconectar<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s revocar el permiso directamente en <a href=\"https:\/\/myaccount.google.com\/permissions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la configuraci\u00f3n de permisos de tu cuenta de Google<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>Datos de HubSpot<\/h3>\r\n<p>Desde <strong>Configuraci\u00f3n \u2192 Integraciones \u2192 HubSpot<\/strong>, seleccion\u00e1 <strong>Desconectar<\/strong>. Contienen datos identificativos y de importe, no datos de rese\u00f1as ni de mensajes.<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Registros m\u00ednimos de seguridad<\/strong> cuando sean necesarios para investigar un incidente o cumplir una obligaci\u00f3n legal.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p>Estos registros no se usan para ning\u00fan otro fin y se eliminan al vencer el plazo legal correspondiente.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Exportar tus datos antes de eliminarlos<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>La eliminaci\u00f3n es irreversible.
