Descripci\u00f3n del servicio<\/h2>\r\n <p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.8;\">OmnIA Reply es una plataforma SaaS que permite a empresas gestionar, analizar y responder rese\u00f1as de Google Business Profile usando inteligencia artificial, con integraci\u00f3n opcional a HubSpot CRM.<\/p>\r\n\r\n <h2 style=\"font-size: 20px; font-weight: 700; color: #1a1a1a; margin-top: 36px; margin-bottom: 12px;\">2. Uso aceptable<\/h2>\r\n <p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 12px;\">Te comprometes a:<\/p>\r\n <ul style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.9; padding-left: 20px;\">\r\n <li>Usar el servicio \u00fanicamente para gestionar rese\u00f1as de negocios que te pertenecen o que administras con autorizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\r\n <li>No usar el servicio para generar rese\u00f1as falsas o manipular opiniones de forma fraudulenta.<\/li>\r\n <li>No intentar acceder a cuentas de otros usuarios.<\/li>\r\n <li>Cumplir con las pol\u00edticas de uso de Google Business Profile y HubSpot.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n\r\n <h2 style=\"font-size: 20px; font-weight: 700; color: #1a1a1a; margin-top: 36px; margin-bottom: 12px;\">3. Prueba gratuita y facturaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\r\n <ul style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.9; padding-left: 20px;\">\r\n <li>Ofrecemos 14 d\u00edas de prueba gratuita con acceso completo al servicio.<\/li>\r\n <li>Se requiere un m\u00e9todo de pago v\u00e1lido para activar la prueba.<\/li>\r\n <li>No se realiza ning\u00fan cobro durante los 14 d\u00edas de prueba.<\/li>\r\n <li>Al finalizar la prueba, se cobrar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente $19 USD al mes salvo que canceles antes.<\/li>\r\n <li>Los cobros son mensuales y no reembolsables salvo en casos excepcionales a nuestro criterio.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n\r\n <h2 style=\"font-size: 20px; font-weight: 700; color: #1a1a1a; margin-top: 36px; margin-bottom: 12px;\">4. Cancelaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\r\n <p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.8;\">Puedes cancelar tu suscripci\u00f3n en cualquier momento desde tu panel. La cancelaci\u00f3n tiene efecto al final del per\u00edodo de facturaci\u00f3n en curso. No se realizan reembolsos por per\u00edodos parciales.<\/p>\r\n\r\n <h2 style=\"font-size: 20px; font-weight: 700; color: #1a1a1a; margin-top: 36px; margin-bottom: 12px;\">5. Propiedad intelectual<\/h2>\r\n <p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.8;\">OmnIA Reply y todo su contenido, incluyendo el c\u00f3digo, dise\u00f1o y marca, son propiedad de Pedro Alarcon. No puedes copiar, modificar ni distribuir ninguna parte del servicio sin autorizaci\u00f3n escrita.<\/p>\r\n\r\n <h2 style=\"font-size: 20px; font-weight: 700; color: #1a1a1a; margin-top: 36px; margin-bottom: 12px;\">6. Limitaci\u00f3n de responsabilidad<\/h2>\r\n <p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.8;\">OmnIA Reply no se hace responsable por da\u00f1os indirectos derivados del uso del servicio, incluyendo p\u00e9rdida de clientes, ingresos o reputaci\u00f3n. El servicio se ofrece \"tal cual\" sin garant\u00edas de disponibilidad continua.<\/p>\r\n\r\n <h2 style=\"font-size: 20px; font-weight: 700; color: #1a1a1a; margin-top: 36px; margin-bottom: 12px;\">7. Modificaciones<\/h2>\r\n <p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.8;\">Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos t\u00e9rminos en cualquier momento.
